Northwest celebrity chef, author and consultant Kathy Casey, of Kathy Casey Food Studios, has created a line up of signature American dishes with a strong emphasis on utilizing local, fresh, seasonal ingredients. To complement the menu options, evenings begin with "Sara Moulton's American Cocktail Party,” a lively affair featuring uniquely American cocktails and hors d'oeuvres created by Food Network's Sara Moulton.
An eclectic selection of quality American wines will accompany the outstanding culinary fare. Discover distinctive wine choices from the country’s finest winemaking regions – from well known wineries to new labels from boutique vineyards.
