Day 1 & 2 - VIA Rail's 'Canadian' from Vancouver to Jasper
Your vacation begins with an evening departure from Vancouver on VIA Rail's Silver & Blue service, bound for Jasper. (Transfer to the train station is on your own). On Day 2, arrive in Jasper to begin a two night stay. The evening is yours to explore the sights and shops of this stunning alpine resort town.
Day 3 - Exploring Jasper
Depart on a tour of Jasper with the Maligne Lake Coach & Cruise Guided Excursion (seasonal*).
Day 4 - Jasper to Lake Louise Sightseeing
Journey the amazing Icefields Parkway bound for Lake Louise. Enroute you'll stop at the Columbia Icefield and enjoy an Ice Explorer ride (included, seasonal*) on the Athabasca Glacier.
Day 5 - Visiting the Yoho Valley
Enjoy a free morning in Lake Louise. This afternoon, you will join an excursion to Emerald Lake and Yoho Valley (seasonal*) before arriving in Banff for a two night stay.
Day 6 - Discovering Banff
Take time to discover Banff on a morning excursion to the most beautiful sights and sounds in Banff. The final stop will be at Banff Gondola for a ride up to the top of Sulphur Mountain. The rest of the day is yours to explore this famous mountain resort.
Day 7 - Departing Calgary
The choice is yours ... an afternoon or evening transfer to Calgary International Airport or downtown Calgary to conclude your Lakes & Mountains vacation.
Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and do not include 6% GST. Single traveler and child prices are available upon request. All prices are subject to change without notice.
This vacation is available in reverse, departing from Calgary.
Additional nights are available in Calgary and/or Vancouver.
